We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our **logistics** and distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We emphasize a **safety**-first culture, and all employees are expected to adhere strictly to **PPE** requirements and operational guidelines. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift and involved in **Lifting** moderate to heavy items. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and company policies.
- Wear and utilize **PPE** as required by the job function.
- Perform **Lifting** of items up to 60 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our **logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as **Lifting**, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and willingness to follow all **PPE** guidelines.
- Understanding of **logistics** flow and warehouse operations.
