Join our bustling warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana as a Warehouse Worker! We're looking for dedicated individuals to support our growing logistics operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking inventory in designated locations, and picking and packing orders for shipment. You will also be responsible for operating equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (after proper training and certification). Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount. This includes sweeping, tidying aisles, and disposing of waste materials. Accurate inventory management is key, so attention to detail in all tasks is a must. You will work collaboratively with a team to meet daily production goals and ensure the efficient flow of goods. Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE, is non-negotiable. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting. Experience in a warehouse setting and familiarity with logistics procedures is beneficial. Responsibilities:
