We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our operations in Baltimore, Maryland. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse and distribution center. Your duties will encompass loading and unloading goods, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring the accurate organization of inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a physically demanding and fast-paced logistics environment. Safety is our top priority, and all team members must strictly follow safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading materials from various transport vehicles.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment responsibly.
- Transporting raw materials and finished goods to designated locations.
- Assisting with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and equipment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Performing routine inspections of material handling equipment.
- Supporting other warehouse functions as needed.
