Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stocktaking.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, emphasizing safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Support other warehouse operations as directed to ensure smooth logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management is beneficial.
