Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory in designated locations.
  • Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
  • Load and unload trucks, maintaining safe operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Support the overall Logistics and supply chain operations of the facility.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be reliable and have a strong attendance record.
  • Demonstrated commitment to wearing required PPE.
