Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks, maintaining safe operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Support the overall Logistics and supply chain operations of the facility.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and practices.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for the duration of the shift.
- Must be reliable and have a strong attendance record.
- Demonstrated commitment to wearing required PPE.
