Job Summary:
We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location! This role is central to our operations, focusing on efficiently processing customer orders. You will be responsible for picking products, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy and Safety. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory shelves based on order sheets.
  • Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Use RF scanners to manage inventory and track order progress.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety standards.
  • Properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall logistics function.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of general logistics principles is a plus.
