Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and play a vital role in our e-commerce fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with speed and precision. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will work with various warehouse technologies and equipment to ensure orders are processed efficiently. Your daily tasks will involve navigating the warehouse, locating items using scanning devices, verifying order accuracy, and preparing items for shipment. We emphasize a strong culture of Safety and expect all associates to adhere to strict guidelines. This role involves moderate to significant Lifting throughout the shift. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment and help us meet our customer demands. Opportunities for growth and development within our expanding logistics network are abundant. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ensure all required PPE is worn during operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate packing equipment and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Be prepared for tasks involving Lifting of boxes and packages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability for Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Basic computer and scanning device skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
