Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Assemble kits or perform light manufacturing tasks as required.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
