Our thriving warehouse in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations. This role requires a leader who can manage workflow, support team members, and ensure the efficient movement of goods. You will be instrumental in maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and upholding our commitment to excellence in Logistics . Our company culture emphasizes Safety above all else, and we provide all necessary PPE and comprehensive training to ensure a secure workplace. While the role is largely supervisory, occasional moderate Lifting may be required. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervising and training warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensuring the efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment as needed.
- Implementing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols.
- Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing warehouse documentation and record-keeping.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Resolving operational issues and challenges as they arise.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
