Job Summary:
Lead our warehouse operations as a Warehouse Supervisor in Columbus, Ohio! We are searching for a proven leader with extensive experience in managing warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring operational excellence. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of all warehouse activities, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and team supervision. You will play a key role in enhancing productivity, implementing **Safety** programs, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our **Logistics** network. This role demands strong decision-making skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A thorough understanding of **Lifting** techniques and the mandatory use of **PPE** are critical. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve high performance standards in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with **Safety** regulations.
  • Implement and enforce the correct use of **PPE** by all team members.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through robust control procedures.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet deadlines.
  • Train and develop warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for **Logistics**.
  • Ensure proper **Lifting** and material handling practices are followed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Significant experience in warehouse supervision and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and **Logistics**.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong understanding of **Safety** protocols and **PPE** requirements.
  • Capability to assess and direct safe **Lifting** procedures.
