Job Summary:
Join our bustling Distribution Center in Boston, Massachusetts as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of our supply chain, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving goods to preparing them for final delivery. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound shipments, stocking inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the overall tidiness and safety of the facility. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail. You will be provided with all necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being. Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Inspect products for damage and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
  • Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with Safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in manual dexterity and comfortable with regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics principles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
