Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve items from designated warehouse locations.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Stage orders for shipping and loading.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, always prioritizing safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Understand the importance of order accuracy in the overall logistics process.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as receiving and stocking.
- Must be capable of consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet performance targets.
