We are seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Denver, Colorado. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is fundamental to our Logistics process, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. You will work closely with the shipping and receiving departments to maintain inventory accuracy and support overall warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and possesses a strong commitment to Safety. This position involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing, and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Use scanning equipment to track picked items.
- Verify picked items against order lists for accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate order picking equipment as needed.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and manual handling of goods.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the Logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ensure the correct and consistent use of PPE.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good physical stamina and manual dexterity. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to workplace Safety and wearing required PPE. Understanding of basic Logistics principles is a plus.
