Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves or bins according to electronic or paper pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy before moving to the next stage.
- Prepare picked items for the packing process, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, following all warehouse safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Wear designated PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, as required by company policy.
- Contribute to the overall productivity and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and product labels with high accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently when needed.
- Understanding of safety best practices in a logistics facility.
- Compliance with all PPE requirements is mandatory.
