Join our dynamic logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our distribution center and out to our customers. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, performing tasks that involve bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting. Team members must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you will be required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere strictly to all established safety guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring no damage.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Use required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical condition and stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety guidelines, including use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Team-oriented attitude.
