We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to maintain high standards of productivity and quality. Safety is our top priority, and all associates must strictly adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving consistent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to contributing to the success of our warehouse operations. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic logistics principles is a plus. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical exertion.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
