Are you looking for a physically demanding and rewarding role? Our Phoenix, Arizona facility is hiring Warehouse Workers to support our growing logistics operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in the daily functions of our distribution center, contributing directly to the efficient movement of products. You will handle a variety of tasks including loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing inventory. This position requires a strong commitment to Safety and efficient material handling. We believe in providing a secure and healthy work environment for all our employees, and expect everyone to use the appropriate PPE at all times. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys an active job and wants to be part of a successful supply chain. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
- Sorting and organizing inventory according to established procedures.
- Moving materials within the warehouse using manual and powered equipment.
- Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assisting with inventory control and stock checks.
- Following all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Supporting the logistics team with various warehouse tasks.
- Ensuring efficient flow of goods within the distribution center.
- Completing assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
