We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. - Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Packing orders securely and preparing them for shipment.
- Organizing inventory and maintaining stock levels within the warehouse.
- Operating manual and powered warehouse equipment (training provided, certification may be required).
- Adhering to all company Safety standards and wearing the required PPE at all times.
- Conducting inventory cycle counts and assisting with overall inventory accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the Logistics process.
- Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.
This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Candidates must be capable of Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
