Join our innovative team as a Fulfillment Associate in sunny San Diego, California! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the seamless operation of our fulfillment center. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Key duties include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming inventory.
- Accurately picking products for customer orders using various methods (e.g., scanners, pick sheets).
- Packing items with care and precision, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Assembling and preparing orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining organized and clean work areas, adhering to 5S principles.
- Strictly following all Safety guidelines and wearing the designated PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Participating in inventory counts and supporting inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment, with opportunities for powered equipment training.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives within the Logistics chain.
- Undertaking additional warehouse tasks as required.
This position demands physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, and occasional climbing. The role involves frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
