Responsibilities:
- Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to verify citizenship or identify potential violations.
- Prevent undocumented non-citizens from entering the country by intercepting smugglers of contraband and preventing illegal entry points.
- Analyze tracks, marks, and other evidence to prevent unauthorized crossings.
