Working as a Border Patrol Agent offers a challenging career in law enforcement.
You will play a crucial role in protecting America's borders and enforcing immigration laws.
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws
- Inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
You will work closely with other agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and local law enforcement agencies.
A key requirement for this position is prior experience working in law enforcement or military settings where you have dealt with situations involving firearms use, apprehending violators of state or federal laws,& gathering evidence for cases prosecuted through the court system.&
Your ability to speak& read Spanish fluently along English fluency speaks volumes about how versatile you are regarding languages spoken during common day jobs.
