Denison is seeking an experienced Lodging and Flight Logistics Administrator to coordinate personnel movement to and from the Wheeler River Project. The successful candidate will administer the transportation and lodging of workers to ensure a safe, efficient and well-supported environment for all personnel. This role works closely with operational teams to support the site's overall functioning. The role will require coordination with transport carriers including bus, vehicle, and aircraft to facilitate workers to and from the site. The role will be based in Saskatoon on a standard weekly work schedule; some overtime may be required at times due to weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Work with operations, carriers and lodging services to coordinate transportation, lodging and visitor arrivals and departures


• Work with carriers on alternative routing requirements due to weather requirements or other logistic delays


• Serve as a primary point of contact for flight services contractors


• Manage and monitor billing, cost control, and administrative documentation


• Maintain accurate records of access requests, approvals and schedule adjustments.


• Identify opportunities to improve lodging and flight operations and implement best practices


• Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all personnel

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of relevant experience, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in an operational environment. The ideal candidate also has:


• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in camp administration, people logistics, or operational support


• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in MS Office


• Ability to manage implementation and usage of camp and flight logistics software solutions


• Ability to manage logistics for staff, vendors, and contractors effectively


• Safety focused with strong attention to detail
