Toromont Industries Ltd. is seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to join our team at Concord, ON. The OD Coordinator supports enterprise-wide initiatives across Learning & Development, Talent & Performance, and Employee Listening. This role ensures seamless program execution, manages logistics and the LMS, and delivers high-quality service to internal clients, facilitators, and vendors.

$48,867 - $61,084
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available

In a typical day, YOU will:
Model the way for safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
Coordinate OD events, workshops, and training (in-person and virtual); manage enrollment, attendance, and records.
Support program design and delivery, including materials, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Manage the OD inbox and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
Serve as primary administrator for the LMS, maintaining accurate data, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports.
Compile dashboards and metrics; gather feedback and support continuous improvement efforts.
Must-haves for this role:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
