Reporting to the Controller, e are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
Maintain and update financial records and documentation
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
CPA candidate or pursuing certification
Experience in multi-entity or multi-location organizations
