Scope of work
Set up 3 contact segments in HubSpot based on industry and job title (Oil & Gas/Energy, HSE professionals, and general/other industries), import or verify our existing contact lists against these segments, set up a 3-email automated workflow sequence for each segment (9 emails total — all copy provided), configure workflow triggers based on link clicks and contact replies, test the full sequence end to end before going live, and provide a brief handover document or walkthrough so we can manage it ourselves going forward.
Assets we will provide
All email copy, our Mailchimp landing page URL, our existing HubSpot contact lists, and brand guidelines.
Timeline
We'd like this live within 5 days.
