We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM solutions to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Zoho applications and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient CRM workflows and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, blueprints, and automation.
Develop and maintain Deluge scripts and custom functions.
Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications and APIs.
Design and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Implement Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, and other Zoho suite integrations where required.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
Optimize CRM performance and ensure data integrity.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand requirements.
Provide training and documentation for end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization and Deluge scripting.
Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
Familiarity with database structures and data migration.
Understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Zoho CRM Certification.
Experience working with automation tools and workflow design.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Automation, Business Process Automation
