**Description:**
We are looking for a reliable marketing specialist to support a 4-month growth mission for a Shopify cosmetics brand selling natural and halal beauty products across Europe.
The objective is to structure acquisition, improve conversion, and scale advertising profitably. This is a strategic + operational role with clear deliverables and weekly collaboration.
**Scope of work:**
• Install Meta Pixel and ensure full conversion tracking
• Audit and optimize Shopify product pages (conversion focus)
• Create bundle offers to increase average order value
• Set up automated email flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase)
• Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns (testing → scaling)
• Develop ad creatives (visual + copy)
• Implement retargeting strategy
• Provide weekly performance insights and optimizations
• Support EU market expansion in later phase
**Timeline:**
4 months structured execution
**Requirements:**
• Strong Shopify & Meta Ads experience
• Conversion optimization mindset
• Ability to create and test creatives
• Analytical and performance-driven approach
• Reliable communication
**Nice to have:**
• E-commerce cosmetics experience
• Email marketing automation skills
**Collaboration:**
Direct coordination with project lead, clear roadmap, long-term opportunity if results are strong.
