Working Student Software Support (m/f/d)

- Support managers in analyzing the current (as‑is) situation and preparing clear summaries and recommendations
- Help define the software support concept and coordinate alignment with the project team and internal stakeholders; prepare materials and follow-up notes for manager meetings
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal project management solution in Jira, including implementing routines (scripts/code) to automate data extraction and enable advanced reporting for managers
- Build and maintain the departmental knowledge base: document processes, capture project status and prepare concise entries that managers can use for status briefings in close cooperation with the team
- Establish and produce periodical visual management reports and dashboards to provide managers with up‑to‑date, actionable insights

- Studies preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Development or Informatic
- Experience with Data Analysis
- Knowledge of software support concepts is beneficial
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge in the development of jira and confluence tools are beneficial
- Reliable and structured way of working
- Ideally, first knowledge in Project Management
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
