Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure services.
Build and optimize big data solutions using Python and PySpark.
Architect and implement data solutions on Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks, ADF, etc.).
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and developers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in data engineering.
Drive continuous improvement in data architecture and engineering standards.
Provide technical leadership in Azure cloud data strategy.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Strong experience with: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks
Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark.
Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
Experience working with large-scale distributed data systems.
Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
