Compensation
$25 to $28 per hour
Monday to Friday daytime schedule

The Opportunity
Think of this role as the heartbeat of the shop floor. When materials flow smoothly, production flows smoothly. When production flows smoothly, customers get what they need on time.
As the Material Handler, you help make that happen.
You will work alongside planners, machinists, and production teams to ensure materials are staged, organized, and ready. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that relies on you, this role delivers real satisfaction.
Position Description
Stage and move materials so production never slows down
Pick parts and components for upcoming work orders
Help unload incoming deliveries when needed
Support inventory counts and keep materials organized
Keep staging areas clean, safe, and efficient
Jump in to support production, shipping, or facility needs when required
Operate equipment and assist with shop tasks such as cutting, grinding, sandblasting, and assembly support
Follow safety practices and PPE requirements
Help improve processes and suggest better ways of doing things
Experience
Experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial settings
Forklift experience is required
Experience handling materials, staging work orders, or supporting production is an asset
Metal fabrication exposure is helpful but not required
Qualifications
Forklift certification preferred
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to read work orders or basic drawings
Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined
Reliable team player who takes pride in doing the job right
High school diploma or equivalent
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
