Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Content Editor for a 6-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 1 day per week and every 3rd Friday of the month at the designated office location. The position supports the Wealth pod within the Digital Design organization and contributes to the creation of clear, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences across public-facing platforms.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, design leads, and content designers to craft user-centered digital content
Contribute to end-to-end digital journey creation, ensuring content aligns with design principles and brand standards
Create clear, concise, accessible, and WCAG-compliant content for digital products and experiences
Apply editorial standards including proofreading, plain language writing, and brand voice consistency
Guide and review CMS page builds in collaboration with authoring teams (authoring handled separately)
Manage structured editorial workflows including copy decks, version control, stakeholder sign-offs, and content walkthroughs
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives
Must-Have Requirements
3+ years of digital content writing, editing, or content design experience for public-facing digital products, websites, or applications
3+ years working within UX, product design, or cross-functional digital teams
Experience collaborating closely with UX designers, visual designers, and design leads
3+ years applying editorial standards, including proofreading and plain language writing
3+ years creating accessible, inclusive, WCAG-compliant digital content
Experience working with CMS platforms (AEM preferred but not required), including reviewing or guiding page builds
Experience managing structured editorial workflows and stakeholder approvals
Nice-to-Have
Experience with AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms
Previous experience in banking or financial services
Content portfolio (preferred but not mandatory)
