Make an impact as the Regional Operations Manager, Digital - a senior operational leadership role responsible for enabling the success of Digital as both a service line and a national region. This role partners closely with the Regional Managing Partner, Practice Leaders, and Digital leadership to build and operate a high‑performing, scalable, and integrated business. Operating in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, the Regional Operations Manager provides national oversight across operations, finance, administration, real estate, and integration, while leading a high‑performing team. The role ensures that Digital operates with strong financial discipline, high‑quality data, consistent processes, and delivers an exceptional client and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Service Line Leadership
Work in close collaboration with the Regional Managing Partner and Practice Leaders to lead and operate a successful, high‑performance Digital service line and national region.
Participate in Partner meetings, ensuring Partners have the right information at the right time to support effective decision‑making and business leadership.
Support internal and client escalations, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Drive innovation and challenge the status quo, continually identifying opportunities to improve ways of working, increase efficiency, and enable automation at scale.
Operations & Administrative Leadership
Provide national operational and administrative leadership for Digital across Canada, supporting Partners and teams in all administrative support functions.
Manage Digital's annual administrative and financial commitments and calendar, ensuring alignment with firm timelines, governance, and requirements.
Develop, document, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and processes that support consistency and scalability across the country.
Provide training and ongoing support to Partners and team members on operational, financial, and administrative policies and processes.
Financial Management & Accounting Leadership
Lead the Digital accounting function and team, with accountability for:
Financial management, forecasting, and budgeting
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Month‑end and year‑end financial close processes
Financial reporting and insights for leadership
Process and oversee financial approvals in accordance with firm policies and governance standards.
Manage Digital expenses through Concur, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost discipline.
Work extensively with other regions across the country on financial management within Digital, driving alignment and integration.
Real Estate & Facilities Management
Lead real estate management for Digital nationally, including planning, optimization, and integration activities.
Build and manage operations for Digital‑managed real estate locations, or work in close collaboration with other Regional Operations Managers in shared spaces across the country.
Partner with internal real estate and facilities teams to support growth, acquisitions, and evolving workforce needs.
Data, Systems & Compliance
Own data quality and management for Digital within practice management, financial management, and related systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Support compliance with Quality and Risk Management (QRM) processes and firm governance requirements.
Develop and deliver presentations and insights at leadership and team meetings, translating data into meaningful business information.
People Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
Build, lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performing national operations and accounting team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
Work closely with Human Capital and other internal groups to ensure Digital is a high‑performing organization, supporting workforce planning, performance management, and engagement.
Skills And Experience
8+ years of relevant experience in comparable roles or organizations.
Significant experience in operations, finance, or professional services management within a complex organization.
Strong financial and accounting expertise, including AR/AP, reporting, forecasting, and supporting processes.
Proven people leader with experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and business integration is a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across regions and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience working with business systems (e.g., financial management, expense management, performance management platforms).
French is considered an asset.
