Scope of Work:
1. Review the provided raw data file and requirements
2. Extract the following fields:
Employee Name
Employee Title
YTD Gross Amount
3. Reformat the Employee Name field from the current format:
First Name Middle Name Last Name to the required format:
Last Name, First Name Middle Name
4. Create a clean Excel (.xlsx) file with the following columns in this exact order:
Column A: Employee Name (Last Name, First Name Middle Name)
Column B: Title
Column C: YTD Gross Amount
Ensure:
No extra spaces in names
Proper comma placement in names
YTD Gross Amount is numeric format (not text)
Data accuracy is maintained 100%
Original employee order is preserved
Deliverable:
One clean Excel file (.xlsx)
Properly formatted and ready for analysis or upload
Additional Notes:
This is straightforward work for someone experienced with Excel and data formatting. Accuracy is extremely important.
