We're building a trust-based referral marketplace ("The Attribution Engine") where Referrers curate Candidates into Decks, share Requirements within Circles, and submit endorsements (Submissions). The trust is in the Referrer, not just the Candidate.
We need a designer to produce high-fidelity Figma designs for both the marketing landing page and the core web app experience.
(See attached brief for full requirements.)
What you'll design (initial 5 key screens)
Marketing Landing Page (desktop + mobile)
Referrer Dashboard / Home (desktop + mobile; sidebar nav collapses on mobile)
My Deck – Candidate Management (grid + list toggle, FIFA-inspired candidate card component, add/edit modals, detail drawer)
Requirement Detail (full detail page + "Submit Candidate" modal)
Submission Review (kanban on desktop + stacked list on mobile; expandable card detail)
Key flows + reusable components
You'll also create prototype flows for onboarding, posting requirements, submitting candidates, reviewing submissions, circle invites, and messaging.
And define reusable components like Referrer Card, Candidate Card, Requirement Card, Notification Center, and Settings/Profile.

"Swiss-style" philosophy: precision, clarity, accountability
Build around shadcn/ui + Tailwind CSS v4
OKLCH color space, monochrome primary with semantic accents
Fonts: Inter / Georgia / JetBrains Mono; Icons: Lucide React
Light + Dark modes
Deliverables
A Figma file with shared component library
Desktop + mobile mockups for the 5 screens
Prototype flows for the key user journeys
Component specs (states/variants/responsive behavior)
Light + dark mode versions
Style guide page (colors, typography scale, spacing, icon usage)
Ideal designer
You're a strong product/UI designer who:
Ships clean SaaS dashboards + responsive layouts
Is comfortable designing directly for shadcn/ui / Tailwind constraints
Produces dev-ready, consistent components and states
To apply (please include)
2–3 portfolio examples of modern SaaS/dashboard work
Confirmation you've worked with Figma + design systems (bonus: shadcn/Tailwind)
Your estimated timeline for a first design pass of the 5 key screens + component foundation
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Mockup, Figma, User Interface Design, User Flow, Web Design
