This will start with a Google Sheets automation project for ad platform spend tracking, but we are looking for someone we can keep on hand for ongoing analytics work including:
-Looker Studio dashboards
-GA4 setup and reporting
-HubSpot CRM reporting and pipeline analytics
-Ad platform integrations (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LSA)
-Budget pacing + goal tracking dashboards
-Lead → appointment → revenue tracking systems
We are replacing an existing external analytics team and are looking for someone more strategic, efficient, and right-sized for our needs.
Initial Project Scope (Phase 1)
We need to:
Automatically pull prior-month spend from:
-Google Ads
-Microsoft Ads
-Meta Ads
-Google Local Service Ads
-Push that data into a structured Google Sheet
-Calculate:
-Total monthly spend
-11% tax on spend
-Total spend including tax
-YTD spend
-Remaining annual budget
The sheet must:
-Minimize manual entry
-Clearly label manual input areas (annual budget + future monthly plans)
-Be structured to later feed into Looker Studio
We want this built cleanly and simply — no over-engineered enterprise warehouse unless clearly justified.
What We're Looking For
You should have strong experience with:
-Google Sheets automation (Apps Script preferred)
-Looker Studio dashboard design
-GA4 implementation + reporting
-HubSpot reporting + attribution modeling
-Ad platform APIs and connectors
-Budget pacing & performance tracking systems
-CRM → ad platform attribution workflows
Bonus if you:
-Understand marketing performance strategy (not just data)
-Have built lead pacing dashboards before
-Can advise on data structure before building
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
