Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to established procedures and timelines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and proper handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily operational goals.
- Utilize scanning technology for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Comply with all **PPE** requirements and **safety** guidelines.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
