We are actively recruiting for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a vital role supporting our extensive logistics network. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute to the efficiency of our operations by performing a range of duties including receiving and storing materials, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will operate material handling equipment, ensure accurate inventory counts, and maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Safety is our top priority; all employees are required to use provided PPE and follow all safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. This role demands physical capability, including the ability to handle regular lifting and prolonged periods of standing and walking. Teamwork and effective communication are essential for success. You'll work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to achieve daily targets and contribute to a positive work environment. Prior experience in a warehouse setting or in logistics is advantageous. We are looking for individuals committed to reliability and excellence in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Accept, process, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack items for outgoing orders.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Support shipping and receiving activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to perform lifting tasks up to 60 lbs.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
