We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our busy operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to the smooth running of our warehouse, contributing to various essential tasks that keep our logistics chain functioning efficiently. You will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. A strong commitment to workplace safety , including the proper use of PPE and adherence to all company guidelines, is mandatory. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to perform tasks involving manual labor and some lifting , and possesses a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Teamwork and communication are key in this dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, aisles, and equipment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE at all times.
- Perform manual tasks including lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
