Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals in **logistics**.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and **safety** procedures.
- Commitment to using **PPE** correctly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented **logistics** setting.
