Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety, and all employees are required to strictly follow safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long durations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and procedures, including correct PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and logistics.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks.
- Must be able to stand and move for the entire shift.
