We are looking for an organized and meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our Seattle, Washington team. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that our warehouse management systems are up-to-date. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our logistics and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Receive, verify, and record incoming inventory.
- Organize and maintain the physical inventory in the warehouse.
- Assist with the preparation of inventory reports.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all inventory items.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE, to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory control role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform tasks involving some Lifting, up to 30 lbs.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
