Job Summary:
Our Madison, Wisconsin facility is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to be a key player in our order processing and distribution operations. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task. You will be instrumental in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, contributing directly to our customers' satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack products carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking and inventory control.
  • Assist with the unloading and stocking of incoming merchandise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area.
  • Ensure adherence to all company Safety guidelines and the proper usage of PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle continuous physical activity, including significant Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional accuracy and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable with technology, including scanning devices and basic computer systems.
  • Knowledge of Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Understanding of general logistics principles is a plus.
