Our Denver, Colorado branch is seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of logistics processes. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating the workflow of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient receiving and shipping procedures, and maintaining a safe and productive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management or a related field, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to upholding safety standards. You will play a key part in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are dedicated to providing a secure workplace, and strict adherence to safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is essential. - Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and maintain an organized warehouse layout.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Train new warehouse staff on procedures, safety, and equipment operation.
- Liaise with transportation providers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Manage stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Perform tasks that may involve moderate Lifting and physical oversight of warehouse activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations and logistics efficiency.
