This role involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting. You will be provided with comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and comfort. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision using scanning technology.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring proper rotation and location.
- Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks) with proficiency and care.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Assist in conducting inventory counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform strenuous tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 55 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic logistics concepts.
- A strong emphasis on Safety and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Must possess the stamina to work long shifts and handle demanding physical tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required.
