Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Locate products within the warehouse efficiently and systematically.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package picked items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders in the designated area for loading and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, always prioritizing safety and proper use of PPE.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Understand the importance of speed and accuracy in the logistics supply chain.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and fulfillment goals.
- Must be able to handle consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
