Inventory Control Specialist

In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory accuracy, from receiving and put-away to cycle counting and reconciliation. Your sharp analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the integrity of our stock. You will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs or overages. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and a proactive approach to inventory challenges. While direct physical Lifting may be less frequent than in other roles, an understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to assist when needed is beneficial.
