Join our vibrant logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, Ohio! We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and performing inventory counts. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately through our facility. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accuracy.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable and punctual.
