A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will work with advanced warehouse systems and equipment, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are key. We require strict adherence to safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 60 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of safety regulations and the importance of PPE in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to job duties.
