Join our dynamic fulfillment team in Tampa, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is at the heart of our operations, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include picking products, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment, requiring all associates to adhere to strict Safety guidelines and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Scan items to update inventory systems.
- Prepare packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform significant Lifting and stand for long hours.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
