We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running efficiently. This role is crucial to our supply chain, ensuring that goods are handled properly and ready for distribution. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth flow of products through our facility. The ideal candidate is someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory immediately.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
